Donna Bella Lingerie happily ships Australia wide and offers FREE SHIPPING for all purchases over $200 value.

-          We charge $15 flat shipping rate (for all purchases under $200 value)

-          Free shipping for all purchases over $200 value

An AusPost tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

We will endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible (within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays). AusPost shipping times vary depending on destination, see their website for more information. 

Please be aware that during sales and peak periods, handling time may increase to 48 hours before your order is dispatched and this may cause a delay in your order being received.

Once a parcel has left Donna Bella Lingerie, it is the property of Australia Post. If your parcel does not reach you within a reasonable time frame (eg. more than 10 days) we will do our best to help locate your parcel with the assistance of AusPost. Contact us at shop@donnabellalingerie.com.au if you experience a delay in delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally otherwise, due to increased tariffs and shipping rates.

FURTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

All international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Donna Bella Lingerie is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.
